Staff are very helpful and a true value for money considering the cozy rooms and in room amenities. Overall 5 Stars for the location , service and tariff. True Value for money. Thank you team Mahalaxmi. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Meghalaya and Assam.

If you are planning to visit Guwahati this is one of the hotel I would suggest. The hotel is situated in paltan bazaar and you can find almost everything in a walkable distance. The building itself has an ATM facility and a all vegetarian restaurant, which is not part of the hotel but the foods served in the hotel itself are very delicious.

We ate at the restaurant twice but didn't stay at the hotel (but the place looked clean). The food was very good, and they accepted us even though it was quite late in the evening. Good wifi at the restaurant.

Stayed here for 1 night, Its centrally located on busy market square. This property is quite an old one & can be called as average, Staffs are friendly & good food. Though its a Clean hotel but overall the place is a bit Gloomy.
Terribly run hotel.

We stayed for one night. There was no hot water in our room. They told us in the morning they would fix it. We went out all day and when we came back it still wasn't fixed, although they told us it was. They left us waiting for over an hour telling us it would be fixed and it wasn't. We spent our night waiting with no luck. Eventually we had to be moved room which was a huge inconvenience. We have also just found out that breakfast was included too and nobody told us this. This hotel is a complete joke. I would not recommend it. Although our rooms were basic but relatively clean.
