I check in on 16 Aug around 2:00pm,as i was travelling with my father for medical reason, Firstly,we waited at the reception for around 15 minutes as there was no one there as the front desk executive was on lunch , Secondly ,we were taken to our room where we again waited for around 5mint as the helper was gone to bring the keys,after that we entered the room it was not in good condition there was a bad smell and there were seepage on the ceilings ,the bedsheet and linens were dirty eith blood stains god knows,after that we decided to watch tv it was also not working ,so we asked him to change the room but he refused,so we checked out around 3:00 pm and no money was refunded to us.as iam from the tourism industry as student ,i felt very bad about the service ,when we checked out no one even came we just kept the key on the counter and left ,worst hotel in guwahati,Its license should be cancelled IT DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR The employees were soo rude

The hotel doesn't honor booking from booking.com. They are fraudsters as they took advance money and still gave no room. The staff is so rude that they just asked us to stand outside the hotel and told us that they won't do anything. Double check before going to these thugs. Ideally their hotel license should be cancelled and I would be filing police complaint shortly

...tv is nothing they recharge only local... bedsheets are dirty...bathtub is the worst one..breakfast is horrible with the left over yesterday.....I insist if any would visit guwahati plz plz dont stay her..

Very bad service in terms of all aspects. Reception and housekeeping staff don't pick up the phone. There is a delayed food serving despite of pre-order. The hotel is a complete mess. Hygiene and cleanliness is a big issue. Rooms are not at all clean. There are insects, mosquitoes and even cockroaches in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms stink due to some weird reason and there is no ventilation. Even the lift is not proper. Overall service from the hotel staff is extremely poor.

Worst service ever..dirty tap water, no water in the morning..food quality very cheap..overpriced..ac not working..no room service, full of mosquitoes..waiters are uncooperative..dirty linen..overall worst experience...
