Stayed for couple of days.Find it very comfortable and guest friendly. Services were top class even the facilities they provide are up to the mark. Their GM is very co-operative and assisted in every possible way.Next plan of mine is to visit with my family...Keep up the good work... I would rate them 5 out of 5..

I liked the hotel and their hospitality. Staff at hotel were very well mannered and friendly. I booked 2 rooms and both Rooms were good in general and good level of cleanliness was maintained. Breakfast was good and with varieties. I highly recommend this hotel and is a perfect place to stay with family or even for business related stays.

This is an outright business hotel. The rooms are big and clean. Room has all modern amenities like TV, Fridge, Tea / Coffee Maker. The hotel is 4 star and has set high standards. They have a restaurant but they serve only veg food. The food is quite expensive so you can always choose to dine elsewhere or order food from Swiggy or Zomato. I had stayed for business purpose so all offices are nearby. The hotel is not very far from Maa Khamakhya Temple as well. The staff is good and polite. Room service is fast.

I think we have been to Raj Mahal restaurant n number of times but surely yesterday was the last time. I feel when you are not able to manage the service, you should shut down the restaurant instead of spoiling your reputation. Went to its restaurant last night for dinner. The tables were full with only one waiter. The manager who takes the order only comes out once while taking the order and then stay inside the kitchen as he knows he will get scolding. After 90 mins the food comes and not complete order. Till the time the balance quantity comes, the previous one becomes cold. And then no finger bowl and for the cheque,you have to ask at least 10 times. And interestingly even after all this, there is not even an inch of regret feeing at the face of the manager/staff. As if they were told to do so.
