Harmony House-A Boutique Hotel

This is a place for people to experience a rich home stay in a clean hygienic and spacious place. The caretakers are friendly and supportive. The special feature is that the beds are comfortable for a good night s sleep. I will be back again for a stay at home away from home

Place is really good but breakfast served here is not that great.Rooms are comfortable and it has good ambiance and wonderful and also wifi was available.Its located close to the railway station.Service can be a bit better but the look compensated it

Stayed here for 3 nights during an official visit. Big clean rooms. Enough parking space. We had booked online through *y* website so got decent discount. Breakfast is delayed sometimes after 9:30 and same menu every day. Nearby food joints are minimum. Otherwise nice comfortable safe stay.

We stayed here for a night. The place is nicely done up and is clean too. However there was no water in the washrooms during the night and well in the morning. Some of us had an early morning flight to catch, and no water caused a lot if trouble. No one answered our calls on the house keeping number provided. Even when the water came - it was muddy. The place has no kitchen/ service for adhoc food orders and only provides breakfast of limited tea, bread, fruits and eggs. The butter and jam is provided in old Kissan jam plastic containers.

We booked 4 rooms in this hotel and all the bookings were prepaid but when we arrived there they already gave 1 room to someone else and offered us only 3 rooms. Despite of knowing the fact that we have paid for the rooms they had the audacity to say they will give only 3 rooms and will not refund the amount also as that was given to oyo not them. After 8 hrs of struggle we got the 4th room. I was on a vacation and just to avoid all this non-sense I booked it in advanced still I had to go through all this. If this was not enough next surprise came in the morning when in breakfast the hotel put their whole effort in preparing Bread, butter and Jam. Yes, in breakfast they serve only bread, butter and jam nothing else. The property manager was not there at the hotel and ensured not to come to the property till the time I was there as he knew he was at fault. Writing Breakfast Included is misleading information as they cannot provide anything proper. The paint of the room is falling. Rooms are not even clean. Bedsheet smell like it wasn’t even washed since a decade. I would highly recommend avoiding this place so that no one go through all this non-sense.
