I was so HAPPY 😊 To stay in HOTEL CITY DREAM staff is very kind and careful to me. I visited more than 10 hotels in Kathmandu ,I never met a good staff like this ❤️ I need to go Pokhara for trip Ram the owner help me a to book . Thank you to owner RAM for your help during my trip. I loved my stay in This hotel is very clean if you need anything there are here for you 100% ,service very nice ,i travel a lot in different places in the world and i never met good owner like this .:) He is nice and helpful 24H/24 I WILL BACK FOR SURE! Thanks the team :)

Great hotel in a great location amazing and helpful staff The washrooms were neat and clean the beds were comfortable Has a nice deck and outdoor area as well I would recommend this place to anybody coming to Nepal

Spacious and clean room for the price but it was Krishna and the other staff's constant help that made it very comfortable. They were happy to store some of my luggage whilst I went trekking and then were unbelievably kind when we returned when a lockdown was introduced in Nepal due to coronavirus. Even with only two people able to be there to staff the hotel, the service and food was great (with a huge breakfast included), keeping us safe within the hotel. The beautiful little garden area and rooftop terrace were very lovely.

I have been more than 10 times in this hotel. Always very good service, staff and clean rooms. Good buffet breakfast and awsome coffee every day. Service is good, you can trust on these people there. I really recomend this hotel to all travellers!
