The Hotel is a cheat...I had a early morning check out, was overcharged for food items which I never ordered. Crooks, pathetic room service. Spoke to Shankar Ghosh, Exe-chef, who committed to refund the excess charged amount over WhatsApp but later backed out....wonder how they are still in business.

Stayed here for a night traveling on work! Booking was done by admin guys expecting this to be a good place considering the price. Reached here after a long day. The car was not allowed inside and I had to be dropped on the road. The driver helped carry my bags to the reception on the 1st floor. The reception guy surprised me by asking for payment before checking in. Now I know it is a ploy to prevent guests from shifting out once they are unable to sleep because of the ruckus created by the 3 simultaneous weddings. The room was stinking, tv was not working. Even after they fixed it most of the english news and entertainment chanels were not subscribed. At night random people kept ringing my bell and twice the housekeeping staff opened the door on some random person's request! Morning.... There was no hot water. At breakfast the palates were dirty and breads were all stale. The only positive was that the sheets and towels were clean. To sum it up.... It was mistake staying here!

Shoolin Grand is the worst hotel I have ever came across. They don’t have sufficient staff for the guest and very poor cleanliness and hospitality. We have found few crocroches in our room. They just want their money nothing else. Staff of the hotel is also very stubborn and rigid. They are very rude to us while our stay. Overall a very very bad experience. Can’t suggest this hotel to anyone. Please guys stay on a road for a night rather staying in this hotel..

The worst ever service any hotel can provide .. 4 dead cockroaches inside the room, requested to look at twice but no response by hotel staff . Completely careless . Total unhygienic, would not suggest to spend even 1 night here.. pathetic hospitality
