We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Gachibowli..the hotel is not like the one which we see in their sites..breakfast is terrible..the place where they serve breakfast us filled with house flies..The rooms are ok..

cleaniliness in the room is good but cleanliness outside the hotel is not good.
breakfast is much to be desired and one does not even get good quality of butter.
everything is arranged for the sake of arrangement and not for the delight of the customer

It's a great hotel no doubt but the promoters needs to invest a lot of time for implementing processes. Some drawbacks
1. Need to have a proper reception with receptionist
2. Need to maintain the property well. Whatever is broken is broken.
3. Need to train the cleaners. The cleaner is cleaning toilet and with the same hands he is picking and putting the bath towels inside bathroom. Using the same mop in bathroom and rooms.
4. Hire a supervisor to look cleaners work. We were presented with a used bedsheets and pillows. They were not changed.
5. Crockery needs an overhaul. All of them are old and wear and tear can be seen
6. Need a guard for the hotel as too many people come for good food.
7. TV does not work
8. Ac works but pulls in air from the kitchen so can't put it on.
These are some observations. Rest suggestions welcome.

Bad food, unhygeinc rooms and restaurant.
1. no room services
2. bad leaky bathrooms
3. bad food.
4. dirty floors
5. dirty rooms
6. unhygenic restaurant with flies and dirt everywhere.
7. they asked my frd who was staying in the same hotel, where she wanted extension for one night to another room, else they would charge doulble the rate.
8. staff is non courteous and unsupportive.
