This hotel is in very good location surrounded by Lake, Malls and metro. I have stayed here for couple of days. I’m extremely happy with hotel. The rooms are pretty clean hygienic and great cooperative staff. The sales girl Bharka walmik at the hotel is very cooperative friendly, helpful and she solved all my issues and concerns at right there. Breakfast is good but I really appreciate if they keep some more options. Honestly when ever I come Bangalore I’m gonna stay here blindly and highly recommend to others, Saba receptionist, Bharka sales manager and Fatima BDM these girls are amazing and workaholic and they how keep it the property is upto the standards. Reception guy is always friendly and helpful

Don't even stay at this hotel if they give you for free. Room 205 allocated to me had AC not working . 205 had AC issue since long . Geyser was not working. I had to sleep without AC and have bath with cold water. They shifted me to 202 which had paint smell. On fighting they gave me 207 which was okay room. Zero maintenance in hotel. Switches don't work. They don't even do house keeping. Two consecutive days room wasn't cleaned when i came back. A big avoid.
