This was my second visit at Golconda Pavilion. I was searching for Mr. Ansari and someone said he transferred to other outlet but unfortunately i saw him at lobby then he personally came and help me during my brunch , bcz in my last visit he was taking care of everything at Golconda pavilion and he is really kind nice person. Which is not possible but however, he tried his level best to get that. I really thank to ITC Kohenur , have such team. For service its always on top-notch by Ansari , he is beside me each and everything. Food was really nice and wide options in the beverage and a nice theme for Brunch. Thank you so much for taking care of us. I will recommend everyone visit on Sunday brunch Thank you ☺

Kaya kalp spa is hands down the best spa for mani and pedi in hyderabad. Right from welcoming you and pampering you with the best of their products and services, it helps you relax throughout the service and rejuvenate. Perpi was at her absolute best!

What a fantastic place , the building is absolutely brilliant and the interior design breathtaking but it is the staff's service that really shines like a diamond in the sky. A big shout out to Armit Kaur for living customer experience as it should be, personal and engaged. If in Hyderabad, do visit, it is a must.

Staying at ITC KOHENUR has become nostalgic. Saying home away from home will be small. What a team you have Mr Sharique, more than fantastic. What a moment it was celebrating my birthday there on this trip. Anshul, Ansari, Nadeem bhai, Tripti, Zoheb, Arav, what a lovely coordination to give me a amazing welcome with cakes flowers and how can i forget personalised pillows with my name embroidered, never ever git this feeling. My whole family had tears on video call. You know this gesture had such an effect that my wife Soniya sanjay sinha allowed me to stay back with you all on my 25th wedding anniversary. Again a huge celebration on the anniversary. I have travelled the world and stayed in best hotels but mind it they are hotels. ITC KOHENUR is more than home with all members more than my relatives. 24 hours of care. Awsome food all the time, work till 2 am And you get awsome Dum pukht Biryani where in the world you see people waiting to make you happy 24X7 Thank u very much Mr Sharique, Chetan, Shrishti, Great Anshul, Nadeem, Zoheb, Harsh, Ansari my Jaan, Ankush and the entire team ITC Kohenur. Smooth Check inn. Club room met all Bonvoy standards. Great Food. Great Staff. Good Vibes. Adding it to one of my favorites for Hyderabad trips. Appreciate the hospitality. Miss Priya at front desk was really helpful throughout my stay. Once again Thanks to entire ITC Team.
