Have been to this resort recently with our team members. The Resort is well furnished with all facilities for outdoor game, swimming pool, Indoor games etc. You can enjoy a lot with fun activities. The food served is also very good. Overall its a memorable experience for us. We have availed discount coupon from Upto75.

I have recently visited this resort and it was amazing. The facilities , Staff and all were excellent. They have outdoor and indoor games , swimming pool and other facilities. Its a good place to visit with friends and family.

We booked 7 rooms for 5 May and had a terrible experience. Restaurant was under renovation. we were forced to eat outside. No Proper House Keeping and Maintenance. No swipe machine, staff demanding cash for payment settlement. Resort location, surroundings and rooms are good. The management must wake up and improve where ever they are lacking.

This was my worst experience in the hospitality industry so far ever was with Honey Berg Resorts. I had planned a family outing for my sons birthday and booked 4 rooms in the resort. My bad experience started from the security and I am now going to list the all my bad experiences in the resort: 1. The security check point at the entrance had absolutely no light and because we went to the resort in 2 cars the security assumed and reported to the reception that there are 10 adults. During check-in the staff at the reception was extremely rude and misbehaved with my father who is 65 years old and insisted that we pay extra money for 2 extra adults. 2. There was 1 staff sent to get luggage for 4 rooms, it took about 45 mins for them to get my luggage from the car till the reception and I had to wait in the rain till all this happened. 3. One staff member in the waiting area was completely drunk and was misbehaving with female members of my family and had to be pushed out of the room. 4. The room booking was for a room with King beds and the resort claimed that they are fully booked and they have rooms only with twin beds. 5. The rooms were stinking in worst condition and coming to specific of the rooms: a. Curtains were transparent with glass on the other side and everything inside the room was visible to everyone outside and at 6 in the morning there was full light in the room not letting us sleep. b. The WiFi in the room was not working c. Television in the room was not working d. The Bathrooms were stinking e. There was no hot water in the bathroom 6. The buffet breakfast was absolutely useless with paper plates and plastic spoons and cups with no one from the resort to serve water to anyone. Overall the dirtiest place the worst staff and a dreadful experience. Special mention for Mr. Parhdo the resort Manager and Mr. Balakrishna who was extremely arrogant and not welcoming they did not want to accept anything wrong with their resort and were continuously arguing with us and they also used unprofessional tone during the discussions many times. Mr Pardho was so arrogant that he went to an extent of saying I am cancelling your booking at 10 pm in the night when i was with my family in that deserted place.
