Location of the hotel was perfect for us. Pool area was very serene. The food was amazing and even took care of the specific food need of our kid. Special thanks to Arpit from front-desk and Akash from lounge area for giving the best service with a big smile. Kids play area over the weekdays was missing, this would be one of the area to improve.

We had a great stay in hotel. The staff are very friendly and very nice. Especially big thanks to Preeti and peri for their services. They are very kind. Good food, big rooms and very well managed hotel. This is one of the Best stay in Hyderabad.

It was really wow experience for me , staff are really awesome i would like to thanks Christy from spa and Maya from housekeeping . Christy and lusy they made me feel like i am at home and they always ask me about my experience , Maya she care staff like as her family i would like to recommend this place to my friends too . Again i can say because of this 3 staff i feel comfortable to enjoy my day thanks for your hospitality.

We went to Westin mindspace in April,2022. It was not a stay of 2 or 3 nights, It was of 14 nights as we relocated from Noida to Hyderabad. At first we were little sceptical as how we will stay in a hotel for so many days without home food that too with a 4yr old kid, because past experiences of having outside meal even twice in a day caused stomach problems. But trust me , thankfully the food was light, mildly spiced and tasty. Amenities were too good. Service was prompt and all the housekeeping staff were adorable people. Miss Divyanshi at reception was a lovely lady who always greeted me and my baby with a smile, and made us feel at home. Seasonal Tastes restaurant staff -be their managers, chefs or waiters they always served us happily . Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We have recently concluded our stay at Westin which was great in almost all aspects; staff were polite and always gave attention to our needs, well maintained rooms with soft king-sized beds, good Wi-Fi and above average breakfast buffet. Special mention of Biswadeep, Oendrilla and the entire front office team who always kept in touch and ensured that we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. I would also like to mention Sachin, Shubham and Periya from housekeeping who ensured to maintain our room. The only area which according to us needs little more attention is the parking facility, which was not easily accessible, required quite a bit of walking after coming out of the lobby entrance, and was not clean at all.
