Very nice stay at the resort. They have two types of suits on celestia. Bay window and cascade. We stayed in bay window suit. Good spacious room and bathroom fitted with bath tub also. Leo splash is very fun and entertaining. Kids liked a lot. They have some outdoor games as well. Will be visiting again.

Beyond anything what made the difference to our experience were the actual assets of this hotel - the team members. Inderjeet Singh , Front Office - right from word go , he exceeded our expectations, nothing was too much for him. Uninteruptive, yet always there when we needed assistance. we wish him all the best. Narendra, Front Office - another star !! his readiness to assist was exemplary time and again Sarat , Front Office - Most humble, always with a smile and most courteous Saheb , F&B - extremely attentive, 5 star service and elegance. am sure his confidence will take him places Uttam , F&B - a gem of a person, extremely forthcoming and a pleasure to interact to. Would wish all the success to these amazing people who make the difference between an ordinary and an extraordinary hotel

21-22 June (Friday-Saturday), 2019. I was on an official trip to Hyderabad. I had been booked at the Leo Celestia Suites: this is a fashionable hotel on the outskirts of Hyderabad. It is about an hour and a half from the Shamshabad airport. I was a bit sleepy and zapped when the driver dropped me: I was unsure of which way to go. A sliding door led to the outside reception area. I was assigned room 2765 on the seventh floor. I took the lift to this place. The light brown door formed the entrance, which led to a slightly unimpressive room with colour-faded wooden items and cheap towels and fittings in the bathroom, but overall clean, and nice. The entrance leads to a luggage rack, a small refrigerator, with condiments for hot beverages on top of the fridge. The room has a verdigris green colour theme. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV set visible from the entrance, and a small study table. The room had large French windows overlooking a nice banquet ground. To the right is the bathroom. There are two nice beds, and a soft comfortable chair and a circular table. The nice and soft beds have two pillows. I patronised the restaurant Sun and Moon with its extensive breakfast spread, and roamed around the large complex.

We stayed in Celestia Suites with Lagoon View Room last weekend. The room was spacious and good but the bathrooms were dirty, broken and outdated. When you say luxury and 5 star one would expect a clean bathroom with good fittings and good products. The soap, shampoo provided are a 3 star range one which you get in budget hotels. The service was ok and definitely not a 5 star one either. We had a terrible experience with booking as we were tricked into booking an expensive deal with less benefits where as we originally asked for a promotional deal that was advertised on their website for the same room type during the same time. The breakfast buffet is adequate. The restaurants inside the property are very expensive. The food tasted good but again not worth the price. The restaurants and other facilities are common for all and hence you would do not feel exclusive at all. We wanted a luxury weekend getaway and this does not qualify for it as they mix their budget stay folks and the so called luxury stay folks for dining to water park and other facilities. Unless they upgrade their rooms with latest bath fittings and good quality products, it’s not a luxury property. The spa is far from the suites and it’s a long walk to it. Most of the housekeeping staff didn’t speak either English or Hindi. The only good thing was the location of the property. It was serene for sure but I would rate it 3 star at the max as we’re terribly disappointed at the management.

I stayed here with my whole family to celebrate our mothers birthday. We booked three rooms 1853, 1851 and 1850 which were identical with a small fountain in the private courtyard. The the wooden trims were in very bad shape and were not maintained properly. The bathrooms though looked clean at first site were actually in even worse. The lamps were rusting, the tub was poorly maintained and the area below the sink was probably never cleaned. The resort was designed very nicely but need maintenance and upgrades badly. I still liked my stay as our main purpose was to chill in the water park which we loved. The surfing board was closed but I was anyways not sure if I was going to manage it for more than few seconds. There restaurant Sun and Moon breakfast spread was good but I hated their omelettes. I really loved the food in Shahi Handi and I will recommend to taste there Mutton Sikh Kabbabs and Galauti Kabbabs. Overall I will rate this property 3.5 stars.
