I really enjoyed to rika bar and lounge i had chicken murgh tikka and chilli chicken both the start was really good ,, in drinks i had one lichi delight and mojito every think was great .. I like to do special thanks to Mr Irshad for taking care of us.rooms are neat and clean thanks guys...

Indeed it was wonderful experience to stay at Park hyatt. Received great hospitality. Speaking about food it just delicious and having lot of variety. Event department has really coordinated well. Team Leaders-Mr Ravindra with his team Shitanshu and kitchen Chef . Hari & Team. kudos to each one of you for such wonderful,lip-smacking food. Overall its an amazingly WOW experience.

I have had a business meeting in park hyatt. The staff was very friendly. Unit especially took brilliant care of me and colleagues during my 4 days of stay and event. I would also like to thank Mr Robin the banquet manager for helping us organize a wonderful event and special mention chef narender vinay and manish for providing us wonderful food served to us. It is wonderful experience and would recommend it for all types of events. Thank you part hyatt Hyderabad....

The staff were undertrained (90% of them are trainees) and have no knowledge of things, the seniors just nod their heads but don't take any responsibilities. They bring food to the room which was never ordered but conveniently put it in the bill. After multiple conversations apologize for the mistake and repeat the same on the final day of checkout. This stay was a nightmare.

It's not a property but service that spoils your entire stay.I stayed in The Park Hyatt Hyderabad from 08th-12th April . I had booked their suite room as this was a special vacation for me. The hotel staff irrespective of any department made sure that the 5 star experience was totally ruined. Managers with attitude and restaurant staff ( Barring few) with almost no enthusiasm to serve you is what you will spot here. It's not a home away from home feeling , it feels like you are an uninvited member to the hyatt family. Just focusing on heavy infrastructure and stylish decor doesn't make you winner, service is the most important tool that differentiates you from your competitor. If you are booking this property then it's all about spending heavy bucks in return of most unprofessional service. Total waste. Taj, Marriott, ITC are clear winners in Hyderabad. This one even can't compete with Avasa in terms of service delivered. Sorry but one of the worst Hyatt properties I have ever been too. The dining room restaurant- Don't book prepaid meals instead look for alternate option because all that you will get is bad service and repeated menu.
