Location is good.. very near to Birla Mandir and Secretariat. Food is good and ambiance too. Service needs to be improved. Needs to improve vegetarian food range. Staff needs to be pay attention on customers. They are not much aggressive.

Looks are often deceptive as we say, the front view of the hotel is Royal, but the rooms are not at all acceptable. Its high time they should renovate. Food inside hotel is good, but not worth for the package. I booked a superior room, which was not at all superior with 2 single beds which is old and was not at all spacious.
Worst stay experience. Do not book this hotel.

Worst stay experience. I had stayed at this hotel for a period of 3 days in December 2020.
1) No room service. No staff available.
2) Cockroaches all over the room.
3) When you ask them to clean the room they reply yes and never turn back. In the duration of my 3 day stay, my room was never cleaned even once even after multiple requests.
4) Food is tasteless and takes an hour to be served after ordering. Even local food shops you get service in 10 mins. Such a big hotel but the food quality is pathetic and the time to wait hours for order is irritating. I had my food package cancelled for remaining days after seeing such a bad food service on the first day itself.
5) Dirty taps and shower. Don't know when did they clean it last time.
I have been to many hotels. This was my worst experience. They never turn back to any service request and make you look like fools to remind them again and again.
Book this hotel only if you want to spoil your vacation at Hyderabad. You will regret staying here.

Only exterior looks super good ..interior is old junk..
I was given a room where Ac not working. Bathroom not clean and bed was old and bedsheet was smelly and dirty and too much dirty smell inside room.Swimming pool is for pegions to bath and put there waste there.

Just checked into this hotel at 11.30 pm. Had booked a superior room following are my observations.
To my surprise I see two single beds,i requested the front desk manager to change the room where there is a double bed,he just refused saying that we have done the booking of superior room and all superior rooms come with single beds only incase we want a double bed then there is only only suite room available and there are extra charges for it.
2. Bathroom - this place needs urgent repairs and good cleaning.
3. Bed - hard very uncomfortable beds.secondly the bedsheet hadn't been changed neither it was layed properly.
4. There was some perfume that was sprayed in the room which wax so awefull that it gave me headache.
5. Cleaning - coffee table wasn't cleaned it had oil stains.
It is so late in the night that i cannot even think of changing the hotel. And thank God that i have to spend only one night here in this hotel.
Attached pictures may give you a feel of all the points that i have written.
And finally I want to add saying that the front desk manager thinks it is not thier fault it is my fault that i booked this hotel. I would like to tender apologize to the hotel staff and management for choosing thier hotel and all that i have written above.
