    I am very happy with the services provide by Ms. Mithu and Mr. Akash. Both were very warm welcoming and friendly. I wish them very best. Keep up doing good work. I would like to recommend Ms. Mithu for for her excellent hospitality.

    Stay was good and price was reasonable. Service is also good. Good choice of place to stay nearby to Hitec City. They provide drinking water, wifi, and complementary breakfast. Rooms are just spacious enough for two people when u book a double room. Alround its good

    So we checked in on 31st and left on the 1st itself at the reception they said to pay for all 3 nights and a refund would be provided after speaking to manager but then Fabhotels says on the 2nd that we are still showing as checked in and the refund will not be available. Room was not bad but no water boiler for coffee the AC was making so much noise that I thought it would fall on us while sleeping. Fabhotels say that the reception is of not point to speak to and that if any problem you have to cal the fabhotels call center when I did the first time they said speak to the hotel reception. No proper communication between the hotel and fabhotels. Never more.

    I have booked 2 rooms for my family for 12th Feb at Fab hotel Pearl City Hyderabad. My booking ID: SGJYFB I hav booked room on wife's name who was traveling for 24 hrs from international trip. After reaching hotel they denied the booking mentioning they did not get the booking from fab hotel. After contacting fab customer care they mentioned it's due to server issue rooms were over booked. This is very very pathetic service from the Fab hotels. PEARL CITY owner provided accommodation in the very very old service apartment which was very dirty and not safe at all for the family members. Never ever book Fab hotels, they are not reliable.

    The receptionist barged into the room in the early morning with a master key. Issue 1: Access to master other than the shift manager, Issue 2: disrespecting the privacy, Issue 3: intention may be threat/theft. The staff needs to be penalised.
