Stayed in this Wonderful hotel for 2 Nights. Came early at 8.30 am, was lucky enough to get an Upgrade and early check-in. Do look for Tashi in Reception, Rohit and Nitish in Restaurant. Breakfast was Good, especially small Samosas. Centrally Located, New hotel. Would like to visit Again in this Property.

The hotel is located in a very good location, however the rooms are very cramped. They hardly have any breathing space. Their customer service is pathetic The hotel staff and service is very average. The food is very expensive by Indore standards. Won’t recommend to stay here for family travel. The service at the restaurant is very slow. The only positive is the location and cleanliness of the hotel

Wow Hotels Indore, is one of the worst hotels in terms of service. In the conference we arranged, there was very slow service for food and they do not even provide wifi for 2 devices. The rooms are very small with respect to the charges applied. They have lost some of my meeting material due to carelesssness and are not even a bit apologetic. Highly understaffed hotel. I would strongly recommend you do not stay here or have business meetings, do not be fooled by the looks of the place. Thank you.

I am staying in this hotel and came early at 10 so I requested if I can get a room the girl on the desk said the room is available but your booking is not yet made please wait for 20 min after 20 minutes I went again at desk now she said booking is not made yet please give me your confirmation number again after 20 minutes I went at desk this time there was a boy standing and said sir sorry just making reservation and giving u room again after 20 minutes I went to desk this time there was another boy and said we can't give room our checkin time is 2 o clock I mean pathetic service and attitude why you make me wait if you don't want to give me a room i am still waiting for my room and writing this review DONT COME EARLY THEY WILL GONNA MAKE YOU MAD

I have a very expectation from this hotel but to my surprise the new changed hotel staff is so rude and they pretend to be so busy that they can’t even take care of a guest. I am their 3 year old customer but from now I will never take this hotel again. They didn’t even cleaned up the room after requesting 2 time. I had very good time and memories with this hotel but this time they were below the expectations and even after 2 reminders they didn’t cleaned up the room as their were so busy or they have other guest to handle. I have requested for room clean in the morning when I turned back in night it was the same situation as I have left the room in the morning , I called reception he told it will be done in next 10 mins when I turned back again it was untouched and I was highly disappointed so from now I will be trying for some other options in Indore but will avoid this hotel
