So I have visited Sheraton Indore for my shoot and just have to say if you want to get pampered whether you are on your holiday or work trip this is the right place to be at. I would like to especially thank Mr Bharat who is was on floor duty.. he just made my day each day with maybe it was flower arrangements or some cool refreshments. He just have got me that happy pampered smile each day I got back from my shoot. Will go will some good memories from this property. Thank you Regards Mridula Oberoi

We had wonderful stay in Grand Sheraton. Amazing service all around be it front deck, house keeping, dining, swimming pool. Everyone goes extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The room service was quick and very helpful. Bharat and Abhishek are great guys who provide amazing service. Buffet breakfast and dinner was simply super. So many varieties to choose you end up not tasting many dishes. Any one looking for 5 star hotel in Indore don't have to look any other options.

I stayed in Sheraton grand palace for two days. It was really good stay. The stay which is in outskirts of Indore was peaceful and pleasant. Dev who is Guest service department made a good service on cleaning.

Deb and Mirza was excellent staff.room is very comfortable.pleasant to stay here.all area neat and clean.this is a very good hotel overall.it is a pleasant stay.everything was beet and clean.good hotel
