    We stayed in Princes palace for 2 days. Good points: 1) Professional and well-trained staff 2) safe stay for women guests 3) Close proximity to the important places for shopping and sightseeing 4) Excellent Gujarati Thali Negative points: 1) dirty bed linen and foul-smelling and discoloured towels 2) One of the worst breakfast buffets I have had 3) On the last day, the checkout was at 10 am. We were locked out and our key was disabled at 9.25 am when we returned from having breakfast. It was the most unpleasant experience.

    We chose the hotel for its location and the room tariff. Check-in and check-out was pleasant. However, the housekeeping was not that good. We had to ask for change of linens. Room had basic amenities, but breakfast, to say the least, was disappointing. The all vegeterian menu was limited, food quality was bad and so was the service.

    The hotel is located close to the Indore junction railway station & the Madhya Pradesh High Court, located in central Indore I was just shocked to see the size of the room, it was the size of a matchbox, it was like being locked & cramped in a small space, the hotel staff is unprofessional, no hospitality, the rooms were very very small so just imagine the bathrooms no space to even stand, you literally have to squeeze yourself even in the room because there was space of only one foot beside the bed Definitely not worth the price or you can say too much fare for the kind of rooms given

    The experience was spectacular. Corridors was smelling like a hell that you will feel like puke. Room was like a dormitory intact dormitories are better. Staff is totally inexperience. The hotel owner not even employed Front Office Staff. Had to take my luggage myself . Really don’t know how this hotel is running. In all that experience this was my longest stay for 20 mins..

    The room size was of a matchbox and considering you are booking your room online it was costly at 4100 per night. The staff was not polite and did not help us. They did not agree to give us an extra blanket when asked for.
