    Our hotel stay was nice, the location is quite good. 56 dukaan is walkable, and is quite close to Holkar Stadium, TI mall, Ghantaghar and Zoo. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Rooms were good, but toilets were not very clean.

    Booked it for one of my consultants visiting indore. Decent hotel for business purposes. Reasonable price and neat n clean rooms. Staff is happy to help and food quality is good. Located in the heart of the city makes it much better to travel within the city. All d best team Kanchan tilak.
  • A good hotel once upon a time now on a continuous downhill

    I used to stay in this hotel some 18-20 years ago when it was know at Taj Malwa. Along the way, it changed name (perhaps because of change of ownership/management) and since then,it has been on a relentless downhill. My experience immediately after it changed name had turned for worse. Stayed at this hotel recently (because of its excellent location) on a visit to Indore after many years. To say that experience was horrible will be a understatement. Maintenance of the property is pathetic, air conditioners in room makes so much noise that it is difficult to get sound sleep. Staff defies the assumption that hotel employees are polite. Make sure you do not book room here, even if your destination office is across the road.
  • Old Hotel with untidy and poorly maintained interiors

    The hotel was under renovation and rooms were also very poorly maintained (may be due to old age of hotel). There was not good service as well and the main entrance itself gave a glimpse of my mistake of choose this hotel as everything was messy and renovation work was everywhere. Poorly trained staff with no sense of customer satisfaction been taken care of. It is nowhere near to being a 3* property with respect to any facility or ambiance, even the toilet soaps provided were worse than a budget or no star property with Rs.1 shampoo sachets inside the washrooms. The only good thing about the hotel was its location which is adjacent to city crossings and near the market area.

    Horrible experience of Service Pathetic Staff at Housekeeping. Stayed 2/8to 5/8.They are ready argument from staff. Pls do not use this Hotel Full waste of Money.Booked through MMT. Regards Vindit Koul
