I stayed in Hotel amarvilas in November 2020, the stay was perfect. Room was cleaned. The best part was food I was served food which was fresh yet delicious. Kabir arora has been personally meeting clients to make sure things are well even though he is an owner. I highly recommend Hotel Amarvilas for the stay in Indore.

Amar Vilas is not a chain hotel but their friendliness would impress you. This was perhaps a third or fourth time we stayed with them.
This time it was under renovation and some of he floors were not available, we had to ask for a change of room, which they quickly did.
Their banquet is good for hosting family gatherings, when we visited it was not the marriage season , so quite peaceful.

Overall good service. Staff is good. Stayed in 608. The room is nice and has food space to stay peacefully.
Good to visit hotel. Food is also nice. Very well served. Can add few more elements in the room.

I visited Hotel Amar Vilas yesterday and I would recommend not to visit this Place again. This hotel is the worst in terms of hospitality. I am a Dineout gourmet passport holder, I visited this restaurant with five people and I asked them to pls redeem my pass, firstly they were very blank as if they were not aware of the passes, then they said that sir only one coupon would be eligible for redemption as direct by my Restaurant Manager and we can't help if you have issues then pls contact to the customer care. Now, this was said by the Restaurant Manager who was speaking English but acting like an illiterate as the terms and conditions clearly says that you can redeem two Coupons. Now since they denied the only option I was having was to contact the Customer care, I called them they had a word with the restaurant manager, the manager said that yes sir you can redeem it. Now while redeeming it the Waiter has to enter a four-digit PIN to complete the process. So I asked him to pls redeem it. He said sir I don't know the code pls you enter the code I said I AM a WAITER OR A CUSTOMER? To which the waiter said that he is not aware of the Restaurant code, then he went to the Manager and the Manager said he is not aware of the Restaurant code they can call the customer care and ask otherwise I will not Redeem the coupon. At that time I lost my patience as it was quite clear that they were having the Restaurant code but were not disclosing it, then I decided to leave this restaurant because the hotel staff was so immature, rude, and ill-mannered. So I would request you not to visit such places where they don’t treat customers well. The Dineout should take care that these Restaurants should be blacklisted.
