    The hotel was not up to the mark compared to other treebo hotels in same city. Poor breakfast and no complimentary mineral water. Also the room was comparatively small and cleanliness water little poor compared to other treebo hotels.

    We are two friends, boy and girl, and came to Indoore to depart from there towards Gujarat, so we had to stay one night. At first, they did not want to give us any room, as my friend and I are not married and they don't give rooms for unmarried couples, then, after talking for some time, they understood that we are foreigners traveling around India, and then they gave us the room. I personally loved the service, they were strict with their rules, and totally understand that they must follow it. Food here was superb (I really recommend Malai Kofta), cleanliness is their first priority and they were super helpful. Thank you! Hope to be back one day :)

    Since I visited Indore to attend 51st Annual Convention IWWA at Devi Ahilya Viswa Vidyalaya , it was the most comfortable and suitable stay at closest proximity. We stayed for 5 days to utilise our visit with sight seeing to the not far off places like Omkarehswar , Ujjain and places in Indore city. Missed Maheswarar and Mandu- and keeping it for next visit. Rooms here are specious and with electric kettle which enable us to maintain our habit of drinking hot water in the morning., Bath and toilet is very clean with geyser and well maintained. Lilens and towels are changed everyday. Staffs are very courtesies and well behaved. Foods are excellent keeping in tradition of Indore.

    I forget my charger in my room, i called them 3 times they said they are checking i told them it was in the plug they refused i'm 100% sure it was there. This is not the way to treat guests no responsibility.

    Totallay wastageof money.... Tate is too high.. The quality of hotel is very poor .... I purchased a member ship for this hotel... At the time of reedeem they show you rules .. behavior of staff is too poor.
