    It was perfect stay. Rooms were clean, everything was perfect for a budget stay. Staff was supportive. Location was good, walking distance from chartered bus stand. Rooms was not spacious but acceptable in this budget.

    Good, Compact hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Rooms are big and spacious but not very clean. Restaurant is very good and the items served are delicious. Good location and easily reachable to all places.

    Cons - The paint was peeling, had damp patches all over, no jet spray in bathroom, towels were worn out and stained, bed was smelling. Pros - Service was excellent, breakfast was tasty and had 3 items.

    Stayed at this property Feb 2020 1- Hotel is right in the heart of city , in the posh locality of kanchan bagh.. 2- Reception is ok , lift is old fashioned . 3- Rooms are big , Bathroom wasn't that great.. window glasses were broken . 4- Did not use the wifi , doubt if there was wifi in the hotel . 5- Linen was very bad , towels were clean 6 - Hot water is available , apparently their is a hot water storage tank at the terrace , so obviously no geysers in the bathroom . 7- Staff was very polite and helpful 8- They have a sweet shop and restaurant at the ground floor .. dint try either of those

    Staff is pretty laid back and cleanliness is a big concern for those who are hygiene conscious. Breakfast timings are very late from 8.30 so one has to wait until that time. Overall i did not enjoy and Fab service is also not upto the mark.
