    I stayed for one night with family. This is average hotel and not so good compared to other treebo properties where we have stayed till now. Plus point is it's near to airport (4 KM appx.). Negative points are, property is old, not much clean, bed-linen were not so good, there is a bar inside which is little uncomfortable for family. Overall it's average property in less price.

    Our stay in this place left much to be desired due to below factors: 1. Staff was too rigid and they refused to provide breakfast before 8:00 a.m. 2. Room was unkept and not tidy 3. The house keeping staff had carelessly left the unclean bathroom mat on the bed 4. The house keeping staff had leisurely left packets of tabacoo consumed by them in the room 5. The hotel staff had to be reminded for providing basic items like towels, tea bags, sugar packets etc. We had to contact the Treebo hotel area representative in Indore for seeking solution to our problems. The said representative was the only person who had the courtesy to listen to our predicament and tried to resolve our grievances.

    1) Receptionist at time of check-in was rude. He showed most of rooms with incomplete facilities and asked to cancel stay. 2) there was no light in corridor for 2 days. 3) Telephone line in room was dead, every time we had to go to reception. 4) post argument we got a decent room but overall experience was average

    Breakfast limited menu. Poor service. Stay comfortable. covid guidelines not followed in this hotel. Room cleaning is good. Not a familiar hotel. Bad smell of smoke. No ventilation in this entire hotel.

    The rooms we were given were such that either the furniture was broken, or dirty. After lot of arguments we got slightly better rooms . But the kettle was dirty, buckets were dirty, some rooms dint hv telecom. Overall it was a bad experience
