Excellent service & good staff . Near by the city. All tourist places is near. Neat & clean room . Sanitizer facilities available at door & reception. I enjoy my stay. Thanks to all staff. Specially Mr Ashish Gupta

I stayed at Souvenir Hotel at Jaipur with my family. The hotel is a 3 start hotel but not a 4 star. Staff: the person at the front desk was expressionless at the time of check-in. Casual attitude without even a smile on the face. Room: It was clean but not properly. The toilet was stained and the washbasin was broken. No sealed mineral water provided, there were two glass bottles with normal water in it. Two sachets of milk powder and tea bags were there. Everything in minimum quantity was there. Pool: there was a pool on the 8th floor which was totally unmanned. If any mishap happens no one is there to help. Installing CCTV camera completes the responsibility of the hotel as quoted by the man on the front desk. Not a stay where I would like to go again.

My first experience after visiting Rajasthan was Peppermint Jaipur because the concept on hospitality which I had read on google was completely lost after visiting Peppermint. The entire hotel was a mess on our first day of visit. The room allocation was not organised all the bathroom fittings were coming out of the wall. We had specifically for small bed but they instead wanted to keep a big study table and big chair which was actually of no use. The food was pathetic and so were the staff. Because we had to switch rooms there were certain items which was not transferred and they choose to throw our personal belongings at dustbin even after knowing the fact that the guest are still at the hotel but in some different room. Please do not opt for this hotel only the photos are good in reality the scene is exactly opposite of what you see on google. Sadly I was not in a mood to take any pictures but please don’t go by their pictures on websites

Staff was not well groomed not so welcoming rooms was not upto the mark. W. C was leaking nd not properly clean. extra bed was only matters not with stand blanket was smelly. We payed for hotel but not enjoy service. NEVER BOOKED AGAIN

Hotel Souvenir Peppermint 6, Subhash Nagar, Jaipur Check-in date- 17/12/20 Check-out date- 18/12/20 Booked Rooms- 409/410 18th December, Afternoon- I couldn't get access to my room, the room key-card didn't work. When I inquired, I was told that I needed to pay the total room rent before I could open my room again. (However the booking for Room 409 and 410 was already paid) All my luggage including my wallet was locked inside the room. I asked the hotel staff to open my room so that I can get back my wallet and pay, But they refused to open it, even for 5 minutes. I ended up paying the amount digitally. However, the room still didn't open. I was told that the key was being updated, however I had the card with me all the time, and despite waiting for several minutes, I got no response. Again on enquiring, I came to know that the receptionist had charged me for a different room. (Room 401) Given that it was an emergency, as the time was running out for my Daughter's college counseling, I immediately checked out and went to a different hotel. The hotel staff had wasted around 45 minutes in all this fuss. They refused giving me the Complaint/Visitor Book, and got all aggressive and began quarrelling. As I was with my family, I was left with no choice but to look for a different hotel. My family couldn't have lunch either, plus we couldn't attend the counselling too, which is now a big boulder against my Daughter's career and future. Above all, a big loss for me. It was an horrendous experience. Definitely Not something you'd expect from an Hotel of such reputation. The Manager and the Staff's behaviour was terrible. Extremely disappointed. Poor hospitality.
