    The staff was very helpful and gave us an incredible service. The hotel is very clean, the food is great and the service from all departments were exceptional. Thank You for such a wonderful stay.Would definitely come back!

    A Palace to remember I was at this place on an official visit and was very skeptical about the type of service I would get. To my surprise this place is a gem. It has it's own character and aura which is discovered the moment you step inside it's beautiful rooms. The hotel grounds are surrounded by beautiful Gopalpura Road That feel of royalty is inscribed on everything you see and feel at the hotel. . It was an experience which I would remember for long. I would specially like to mention the names of Pankaj Ji who took every care to make my stay comfortable. & Lovely The food is freshly prepared and is very homely. Equipped with all the modern facilities. Visiting Jaipur and staying at this place was a dream. I Miss You My stay

    A nice and a decent place located in the heart of Jaipur best for business, holiday, for family and friends too. Place having good food staffs are very friendly in nature, amenities present here is decent in total it’s a great place

    Most popular hotel -2016 is just a board and does not match with the current profile. A person was using dirty abusive language on phone while sitting on the front desk. After the 1st experience I had to carry my baggage to my room. After a while a person entered my room using master key. Before I get shocked he asked for the tip. Un maintained room with poor services and non professional environment. Thay don't serve food in a trey. House keeping is not their cup of tea. The word hospitality was completely missing. Can not recommend.

    All rooms on first floor stinks like sulabh sochalaya There is no exhaust in rooms, finally a room they had given, in mng when I opened the balcony door.. It was disaster. U can find out in pic. There is no soap, in bathroom. Room make u feel sick,
