Had booked this Hotel for my wife as her flight got rescheduled. Rooms were clean and they had good in-room dining options.
BEST part was the pick-up & drop service to the airport. The person was courteous and quite helpful. Would recommend this hotel

Stayed in mid September, as a group , incredibly courteous staff , perfect location for a working holiday , and above all exquisite attention to detail.
Safety precautions due to the ongoing pandemic were followed with precision and at no point of time was any measure ignored , it was in fact heartening to see that the hotel staff were prompt in reminding guests politely about the importance of wearing masks and social distancing,
Truly, a responsible establishment which would wish nothing but a comfortable and safe stay for its patrons.
Last . but possibly one of the most important, the food and the chef deserve a special mention for the very authentically local food available on the premises.

We stayed here for 2days it was awesome feeling comfort safe & hygiene. Room is big and bath room is also very clean. I loved to stay here & will recommend to all my friend to stay here. Great place stay here

We stayed here for one nights and experienced the worst . We chose a cheaper hotel and we did a big mistake as cheaper In India means the suckiest hotel in Jaipur.The room is really bad and smelled washroom. When we enter 3rd floor its almost smelling of Cigrates but when we ask can we smoke he told its all are non smoking rooms in a rude way....... Small insects are all around in their room. Bedsheet are not clean stained and blooded. Non smoking rooms having smell of cigarettes. Front Office staff ( Deepak) & room attendent miss any form of respect, Unfriendly front office staff rather rude staff, unpleasant behavior. worst serviceof not keeping bath towels in room after 3 times calling to reception area they send with a lazy mood by room attendent........ only good part is get Complimentary drop to Airport from Hotel…

We stayed here for two nights and experienced the worst two days of my life. Bedsheet are not clean stained and blooded. Non smoking rooms having smell of cigarettes. Front Office staff, Hotel Outside chai shop owner and hotel driver miss any form of respect, they will keep starring at women and making them feel uncomfortable. Unfriendly front office staff rather rude staff, unpleasant behavior. worst policy of not giving more than 2 glasses in a room.Location is not good because whole night the noise of vehicle trucks, buses coming to our room. Our Complimentary pickup from jaipur junction(1km distance from hotel) was arranged by Mr. Kapil Gurjar and they provide me next day city tour. They told us to get ready at 9 but cab was unavailable till 10'o clock. However cab was come and our day was start spoiling. They offered full day tour visiting 8 monuments and we visit only Birla Temple, Albert museum, outside view of hawamahal from driven car not stop or visit this place then Amer fort and water palace. Special Request to all the travellers that do not tell the driver that you are interested in shopping otherwise they will took you to their commission wali shops.Instead of covering all monuments their driver is trying to show us 3-4 commission wali shops to buy very low quality stuff at very high cost. I was trying to say no for shopping but driver is not interested in what we are saying. he continuously convinced us for buying high commission products from their fix commission shops. Next day we cancelled their cab and next pathetic drama was come. Travel Desk vendor Mr. Kapil forward my contact details to their friends and associate driver to call me again and again for cab booking. After all we booked another cab online and Going to market for crosscheck their prices in local bazars. Next day Early morning we need a drop facility then driver was come to us on time but he tooked 250/- rs for drop us early morning drop charge and hotel was offerjng complimentary pickup and drop facility. Now hotel staff is trying to cheat customer with their false promises of complimentary pickup and drop facility. They have too many drawbacks, that is why they sell thier room on very low prices. Do not fall for prices here, go for some other options. Really had a bad experience. never recommend to anyone this hotel in future.
