No Way to Think Second Time Stay Ever.
This is a great example of GOOD OUTER LOOKS WITHOUT PROPER FACILITIES .
They are just on their way of treatment on Guests.
They allotted rooms without proper basic amenities , soap, etc.
Even they do not placed toilet paper on hanger, separate role of toilet paper is no way to place in bathroom. I waited more then 1 hour for simple bucket and tumbler but they can not provide.
The mattress quality is also not good and same the Bed Sheet is not clean , spotted .
I always carry my own bedsheet and upper coversheet so I had easily tackle this problem.
More then 2-3 times I said for drinking water but every time one waiter said that other waiter bring it , but no one can give me . I always have my emergency one bottle of water so I have again tackled this problem.
On the ground floor I had taken some snakes with coffee , the dining area is closed with glass wall but even that the more then 5-8 flies surrounding me and again and again sit down on snakes.

After taking ordered , they said on intercom that you must be pay the bill right now , I said then then you will add in my room bill account and I will pay in day when I will checkout . But they will refused it . so I told ok fine I will pay in night for food . the waiter come with dinner and even till I was not started to eat dinner , he told again and again this is the bill pay right now , I said jut wait for 10-20 after dinner I will ay for it.
After 20 min the waiter came again and said to pay it , I told I have ATM card , but he said again and again that you will pay by PHONEPAY OR PAYTM by phone , I clear refuse that , then he back with card payment machine and paid the bill. At that time I was taking the payment receipt from him and bill also .( In my habit, I always keep the payment receipt and bill till my full journey end )
In next day , at the time of checkout the Receptionist told me to pay the balance bill , I was asked about what , he said for Food, I was asked that I already paid all. After 5 min he checked and said again you must pay the food, you had not paid till now.
I asked that your staff told me that no food bill attached in room bill, and must be pay in night only so I paid already in night. He checked again and said you still pay for food , because in my system there is no payment done from your side . And also said that which person/waiter had taken payment in night . I said that is not my way to think remember the waiter name and night shift waiters changed in day time.
Then I said that I had the payment slip .At this time the Receptionist had some shock . and then he was saying OK . You MUST SHOW THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
“IN MY WHOLE LIFE I NEVER EVER FACE THIS TYPE OF SITUATION IN ANY HOTEL WHERE ONE PERSON ALREADY TAKEN PAYMENT AND OTHER PERSON SAY THAT YOU DID NOT PAY TILL NOW AND YOU MUST SHOW ANY BILL OR RECEIPT THAT YOU ALREADY PAID “
I SHOWN the bill and receipt of Card payment Machine, Then he was checking 2-3 times and acting like a innocence drama.
I MUST TAKE A LESSON FROM THIS HOTEL THAT MUST KEEP ALL PAYMENT SLIPS AND BILL UNTIL YOU CAN NOT PROPERLY CHECK OUT FROM THE HOTEL /RENTED PROPERTY .
I must say that they are playing the games of double payment from Guest , I must say that most of Guests paid two times , because they were hurry on checkout time and same time all guests believe that the hotel management charged in proper way and not taken more.
Same time the Receptionist told every thing with big smile, so you never think that they will cheat you or play game
I never ever stay in this hotel , They never ever given proper facilities , not proper hygiene status and same time they play fraud games for taken more charges on food etc. from Guests .

Staff taking the calls is so rude.. Never visit this property they do not deserve clients in their hotel.
Their staff doesn't have manners to talk to client and one more thing this is not Cygnett owned property so do not get fooled by the name

The hotel is good in infrastructure no problems in that, but the only problem is their staff, I paid for two nights including breakfast, they took money in advance for two nights with breakfast, and denied the breakfast by saying kitchen is closed, and not only that, I had to call them for atleast 5 times for water or any other services like towels or cleaning, their staff ignores guests requests. And more importantly I had seen their staff smoking all the times in the premises and taking the guest's requests for granted. The only problem with this hotel is their hospitality. They don't care and they don't want to.

The hotel is one of the worst and it was one of the worst experiences for me in Jaipur. I have stayed in Jaipur many times before and the city and its food are worth visiting again and again. But this hotel is actually a shame on the city. They do not have mineral water available in the hotel, no dental kits, food was beyond looking forget eating. Services are way too bad, quilt and bed sheets were torn. Furniture was broken. And pls note, I took the luxury suite which is the highest category of room available. They deliberately take full payment in advance and dont provide services. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER!!!

The experience with Cygnet Light Grand was Terrible. I call Mr. Mukesh (Reservation Team) but he was cut my call no response, it's not a hospitality.
No any call back. I totally lost my time my money with this hotel.
