The team remembers guests by name, to show their care and yes they do give proper care. One could see a couple of tourist busses every time. Makes to understand even tour operators trust this place. Value for money , Food is good.

Rooms are nice. Cot is ok for small family. Food is just ok. No lock in window. Some problem with the bathroom floor. Very noisy due to the location. Good for family. Easy accessible. Reception staff are good.

Had stayed at this hotel last month and am disappointed, because the professional pictures don't reflect ground reality. Perhaps, it was because i had booked through MakeMyTrip.com, the room i got was of a low budget. I have stayed at better properties in Jaipur for less money than what I paid here. The room did not have additional lock. So anyone with a key could come in. The safe did not open The AC was no effective The toiletries in the bathroom were equal to that of a 1 star property Hotel was loud, even on the 5th floor, while there was a party in the basement. Food: Okayish Breakfast opens at 7.30 so if you are a tourist or a business person, it might be late for you. Overall, the price i paid, should have been less than half. I would perhaps never go to this hotel again.

Rooms were Dirty. Bed sheet with strains. Cobwed in Bathrooms. Dirty Toilets. No water bottle provided in the room. Only one jug of water of send in the room and water was also dirty. Food is average, its better to have it outside hotel except breakfast. TV was not working propertly No Soap in the washroom. You have to ask of every thing. No room service number.
