The hotel is situated near the market . It’s clean and has a good ambience. Rooms are well furnished. Staff was friendly and courteous especially Mr Rohit Raj at the reception who helped us a lot in various ways . We got a free drop at the tarakote marg.

We were a group of 10 people and booked 5 rooms in the last week of Feb 2022 when we visited for Mata's Darshan. Rooms are decent sized and clean. Washrooms are neat and well maintained. The location of this hotel is vey convienent for both Darshan, Local market and Railway station. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The hotel provided (paid) pick-up from Jammu Airport and free pick & Drop to Banganga for Darshan. All the times they were very punctual een at odd hours (we returned from Darshan at 2 am and did not wait for the cab at all). Break-fast was good. Above all the hospitality of Mr. Dhar was commendable. A Perfect place for peaceful and comfortable stay before and after the Darshan.

Awesome place to stay in katra, we use to stay every time in Rama trident when we visited Vishnodevi because of the comfort, cleanliness & very nice behaviour of staff….special thanks to Mr. Dhar for best hospitality.

Our stay at Hotel Rama Trident was pleasant and fun! The rooms were clean, so were the linen and bathrooms. The rooms service was prompt and up to the mark. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped us at every point that we needed assistance. They have a spa too, to treat tired legs after the climb to Mata Vaishnodevi temple. All in all, it is a great place to stay when in Katra, go for it!
3 start hotel with 4 star prices

I stayed at Rama Trident in late March for 3 nights 4 days. It is not a Trident property as most of us gets confused. They charge as 4 star hotel; however, the rooms are 3 star. Mini bar in the room does not have any refreshments.- it's kept as empty. WiFi does not provide good signals in the room. Rooms does not comes with a view. Pick&Drop is good even if you request for early morning.
