It was amazing stay at Shree Shakti,it is one of the best stay I had,Great hospitality ,Very affordable prices and no fuss.I always suggest to all contact direct to Mr. Mayank he gave best price.he is simply superb, helpful. Hotel very near to railway station of katra. Will always stay here in future. No strict rules like other hotels. Only restriction of smoking in the rooms and hotel. Jai mata di.

Our stay in shree shakti is amazing. Rooms are neat and clean washroom is clean. We stay with my family and we all are happy to stay. They provide early check in at 4:00 AM at nominal charges. Food is tasty and quality is good. Front staff is good and knowledgeable. Overall a great stay in hotel shree shakti katra we definitely come back in may month jai mata di.
Worse Hotel ever

It was the worst hotel ever. NO cleaning no maintenance the hotel itself is a waste of money. Terrible staff worse rooms no light in rooms bad reception condition. The hotel doesn't stand upto the commitments. The air-condition system doesn't work. Broken AC broken washroom . The room had no setup box, The fan was filled with dirt the room had empty liquor bottle and other stuff..worse choice to stay

Booked two rooms for 2 nights. Only 1 room was made available on first night saying key lost for the other room. Pros : Transfers to banganga and railway station was quick and sadly that was the only good part of my entire stay. Cons : Room : bathroom with broken handle. and manual lock not working. Had to struggle for hot water in the bathroom for more than an hour. Almirahs so dirty you cannot think of putting anything there. Bed sheets and towels seemed ages old. Food : Ok when served. Most of the things in menu was not available. Staff : untrained and unprofessional youngters not giving a damn

It was just nightmare for my 2 families when just came to check In at hotel in Morning 06:00 AM. Inspite of 100% confirmation by hotel owner & MMT (Make My Trip) they've not given Rooms. The behaviour of Hotel staff & hotel owner was were highly unprofessional & unethical. Never ever book your hotel thru MMT & ofcourse never stay in Shree Saktia Hotel in Katra. It's goons habitation & your family is unsafe.
