We stayed for couple of nights in this property end of March. From the onset we knew we had made the right choice. 1) Location was walking distance from the train station....if you've luggage do get an auto. 2) The STAFF was AMAZING......have to call out Afreen at the reception desk. For 2 days she went all out in assisting us in whatever way possible. They changed our rooms quickly as we wanted twin beds , they got us a phone charger everyday, they were quick to get us transport whenever required, the restaurant staff was exceptional.....the housekeeping staff was excellent.3) Food at the restaurant was lipsmacking...would highly recommend eating at the hotel only. The Management has got it right....Exceptional Staff , Great Hospitality.....makes the customers for life! Team Lemon Tree; Kudos & Keep it Up!

Excellent hospitality and all i can say 8/10 . I m a very regular Maa Vaishnos devotee . Im visiting this property since almost 2years down the line but i never found them unmanageable or non dicipline for anything and that's the only reason whenever I reach katra for darshan icant avoid staying with Lemon tree🌳

Best hotel on our Trip to Jammu/Kashmir. Exceptional service each staff members. Specially Khooshal, he made us feel like we are at home. Even the Front Desk persons were very courteous and helpful. Great job, keep it up.

I booked the room at this hotel for one night stay after scouting for available hotels at Katra. I would say the decision to stay at Lemon Tree Katra was not a bad choice. The hotel is located away from the city center, close to the railway station. The hotel maintains an aura of peace and quietness which is welcoming. The pricing of rooms at the hotel may be on higher side compared to hotels in city center, however the hotel makes up for this on their quality of rooms and service. The in house parking is quiet spacious. The staff at hotel are responsive and caring to the needs to the guest. The rooms are quiet spacious and well done. Bed Comfortable, Aircon working properly. The washroom clean and functional. The in house restaurant at the hotel has good options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Their buffet breakfast is quiet delectable with good spread. You can opt of al carte menu/buffet as available for lunch and dinner. The pricing of food for al carte may seems little higher in comparison to dining out at city center. As the hotel is a little away and no restaurants near by, its better that the guests choose the room plan with Breakfast & one major meal. The hotel has a good Spa and Steam, the guest can pamper themselves at the spa after a tiring day. The Spa pricing and offerings are decent. Overall this hotel is perfect choice for stay at Katra.
