The Hotel is having good ambiance and cleanness. Rooms are very spacious also the view from room is very good. from restaurant they have very nice view of shrine. highly recommended this hotel for stay in katra.

Excellent ambience...great Indian food....location is centrally locates and great view from rooms ... staff was very friendly . Hotel management made sure our trip was wonderful and they took care of our all queries .

The hotel is having good ambience and cleanness as per price charged. There is lot of area for improvement in terms of cleanliness.
The staff is very polite. They were responding timely.
There is one person in Restaurant named Mohinder Sharma, he is exceptional polite and helping nature person. His hospitality is exceptional and his way of greeting is very good.

Well this review is not based on actual stay in the hotel but on the interaction with the hotel for refund of booking during the lockdown period.
I had booked two rooms based on my experience earlier with the hotel which was good. However I think the staff might have changed in between.
I had continuously followed on for refund of the booking amount for the last six months. First they assured the refund will be done after the hotel opens. One month back they assured the refund will be processed and took my account number. However numerous mails since then, they have taken no action.
Since my booking has not been refunded, technically I have stayed in their hotel.
So this review is based on my supposedly stay.
The experience is horrible and pathetic.

I am in quraintine in katra Asia hotel from 48 hours I have recived message that I am negative but as per hotel protocol I cannot leave untill physical copy is recived and hotel condition is very bad , staff is rude and non cooperative , hotel condition is like that if anyone is covid 19 negative he will get postive here .no sanitization , no cleaning ,no clean drinking water and paying 3000 per day for this is not acceptable.
Please look into this matter and help us get out from here, we donot have any options and direction , what to do we are stuck here and mentle depressed also remove this hotel from list for other passengers safety.
I was discussing this with other and they are saying hotels are doing this to get money from public with help of some corrupt officials
