Hi my self shilpi my husband went to mata vaishno devi on 2nd Oct 2021 ,he stated in hotel royal Krishna katra,hotel is located in good location ,service and break fast is too good ,hotel is higenic clean with good animities ,over all its worth living. Will plan again to visit there soon . Regards Shilpi .

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even allowed our small Lhasa pup to stay in the hotel. Thanks to them we could successfully and happily finish our Vaishnodevi darshan. Amazing experience. Would definitely recommend when going to Katra.

We stayed last month in royal Krishna with my family . Rooms are so spacious for a family . We booked family rooms which have 2 toilets and one washroom .that is totally perfect for family . Overall our experience is good

Hotel is located at good location. Staff is friendly. They also help in arranging cars for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and amenities were proper. The restaurant is slow at service take minimum half n hr to get the food to your room. Even its just pakoda or toast bread. So when you need to order please order calculating the time in advance. We requested them to give complimentary water bottles on our check out day and they were quick in providing for all of us. Overall we had good time at the The Royal Krishna.

We visited Hotel royal Krishna recently. Rooms were alright, had quite a few issues and men at front desk lack customer service. However our Stay turned out great cause of two individuals - Bharat Bhushan the restaurant manager at the hotel- Amazing customer service, very helpful and will go out of his way to deal with your personal request. Was a big help as I travelled with my 2 year old. Also Rakesh Sharma the GM is a thorough professional- helped us resolve issues and even book a vehicle to continue our holiday. All in all a stay turned pleasurable coz of these 2 gentleman. Thank you

Located at a distance of 300 mtrs from Katra Railway Station and walking distance from Katra Bus Stand, this hotel is easily accessible. Jammu Airport is at a distance of 34 km from this hotel.
