A great stay and a humble staff experience! Rooms were clean, bathrooms were maintained and well connected to the katra city and the best part is the location which is like 5 mins walking from the KATRA railway station! Book a stay here next timw you visit the shrine! a decent stay

Booked this hotel for my parents. Was a bit concerned about how things can be managed there as i was not travelling. Spoke to Mr Vaibhav Gupta regarding my requirements for my parents and he managed it beyond my expectations. My parents enjoyed their trip. Must recommend this hotel.

Visited katra with family this month. As we were coming on shree shakti, we requested hotel for early check in and they provided us without any extra cost. Clean washroom and room with a nice view of hills. Staff was also very polite. Will recommend this hotel.

Hotel Durga Residency is one of the best hotel I checked in, I visited here with my family, the hotel is very neat and clean. This hotel is located very near to katra bus stand on the main road. The staff here is very very helpful, I love the treatment here. If I will go to jammu again I will surely choose Hotel Durga.

Stayed in this hotel two days ago. Very nicely maintained hotel with very beautiful rooms and courteous staff. Views excellent. Food very tasty. Very comfortable stay. We were given a grand treat by all in the hotel.
