    Service of hotel was excellent very courteous staff and helpful. its value for money hotel and stay in this hotel. Location was good and also parking is available in the hotel. Facalities are good here.

    Location excelente, behavior of front desk staff was excellent and helping. However the bengali restaurant in the hotel was not much good and had very costly food in it. The bathroom door need to be polished.

    This hotel has a very good value according to its central location in Kolkata. Overall, it was very simple but the room was perfectly clean which is the most important for me. However, I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast.
