This property is in Sector 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata near City center mall and nearby high-streets. It was a log stay over two weeks and it was unplanned one. But the kind of services I was offered was just amazing. The food quality, cleanliness, the hygiene practice, and the courtesy of each and every staff wearing a natural beautiful smiling gesture will make you feel as if you are just at the right place. And, if you travelling with kids, there is a top-deck swimming pool for them to enjoy. The hotel staff across the hierarchy, i.e. from Property manager Mr. Ravi to front desk guys Kusum, Papiya, and Rupak and all other (sorry to miss their names) were always ready to delight you with their offerings. Weather you are travelling for your business or with family, irrespective of the purpose, this fits in all offerings a city property may offer. It will always be my preferred choice for Kolkata visit. Many thanks.

Well maintained property, spacious rooms, polite and courteous staff along with the delicious cusine makes De Sovrani one of the best hotel options in & around Salt lake, Kolkata. I had made a bulk booking for 20+ rooms at De Sovrani for a family function. Right from the get go the booking, checkin, stay and checkout process was very well orchestrated. The staff accommodated our every single request and made us feel at home. Special thanks to Mr Ravi under whose management, the event and our stay was all in all a great experience and our guests didn't get one chance to complain. The Sand restaurant and skyview roof top lounge both have excellent food and drink options and the buffet spread was lip smacking on every occasion. I went there a few months back and it was a great experience! I went there for one day's stay with my buddies and it was really good! We also their breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was really good to see that they are maintaining all the safety guidelines. The food is lip-smacking as well. The breakfast and lunch had a wide range of options. Their breakfast has Bengali cuisine, Indian Cuisine to Continental Cuisine. We went on a Sunday, Tried their Bengali Buffet during Lunch and it was Amazing!. Located very very near to the City center mall and is the center of Calcutta. A great Neighborhood and vicinity, Perfect for your business trips and family trips! Must-visit for business, leisure, family tours. Their rooms are thoroughly sanitized and have all the basic amenities and toiletries.
