    I recently had a wonderful experience for my stay at Hyatt, kolkatta for work purpose. The property is at good location, comfortable to stay in with all the facilities in room. I had an exceptionally fantastic experience with the in room dinning team. Miss simran from the in-room dinning team was quick in her response in taking down the order , I was briefed upon my queries regarding my order, the response time to deliver my order was quicker than what she promised , also called me to inform that my order is on way. The food was fresh and hot. It doesn't just stop there.. she called me post meals to have a proper feedback about the meal. Absolutely satisfied with the way the guest is taken care by.

    The barmen are very good they take care of u really well.lts very hard to find an amazing care experience at a other bars in the city. I would love to thank Mr. Manohar and Mr jeet for their kind services and care. Would recommend to all to vist the bar at Hyatt regency kolkata.

    The room size was good and all required amenities were working. Few small issues were there like no shoeshine in room and any request for room service takes more than 10-15 mins to be actioned. The pool was really nice and the kids enjoyed a lot. The breakfast options were also nice though, again, those that needed to be requested took long time to be served.

    Very unfriendly attitude of front desk people.. welcoming was not at all in a friendly warm manner... Bathroom design was not advisable specially for aged people... commode was not cleaned, shower was not easily usable.. not compared with other 5 star hotel
