It was amazing stay and everything was fine. The hotel room is very relaxing. Location is very near to everything like mall and tourists destinations. The staff are very friendly and the Manager is accommodating..

The room was well furnished and comfortable. The staff are super helpful. When my TV flickered they quickly went to a great effort to try to fix it and then replaced it. This hotel is at the 7 points end of Park Street and not the Esplanade end.

I have recently visited there on the last week end. It was a very special trip to me and this hotel make my trip more special. I really enjoyed in this hotel and it is a memorable day to me and my experience is good.

Nice, cooperative staff. The receptionist and the guards are very helpful. The rooms are as shown in the pics.... old world charm. The location is fantastic- right at 7 point junction. But the location is just next to a busy street..which means traffic noise all day. Also, no parking space. Recommended if you want a whiff of old charm, and need a place to rest after travelling or being out the whole day

Situated in a really noisy part of Kolkata, this appalling place pretends to be a boutique hotel. In trying to make its rooms interesting the owner has brought in some old furniture and introduced some odd and gloomy decor. On arrival I was shown a simple room. The owner asked if I would like a free upgrade to a slightly larger one, so I said, yes. I had not realised that by the bed there was a locked door leading to a busy parking lot which turned out to be very noisy. In any case he then said that I needed to cancel my Booking.com confirmation as I was in a higher status room. I realised after that this was probably to save him paying Booking.com his commission. The noise at night meant that I hardly slept. After two nights (having paid up front for 5) I went elsewhere, very pleased to get away from a gloomy, untidy place. Don't even think about it if you are desperate.
