The Park gave an amazing appearance, Someplace Else is an amazing pub with brilliant live music daily. The staff (Om, Wasim, Jeffrey and Pooja) is very welcoming and make you feel at home, special mention to Om and Wasim who always took the extra effort to make the experience even better and make sure each guest is served well. The quality they maintain is tremendous.

I always stayed at The Park Kolkata it's my second home .I am very frequent traveler in this hotel . In roo. Dining staffs are really amazing they always make me feel very special and greet me whenever they serve me in room are.

Dear General Manager / Front office Manager
I am writing this review due to no response from your hotel staff on the email which i have been sending from last week , I had booked a room for one of my client Mr. Anil Keswani and while confirming the room Ms. Sushmita reservation manager request for the advance payment as guest booking was from 10-04-22 to 12-04 -22 we informed Ms. Sushmita that we would be paying the entire amount before guest check out on which she denied and request to make the payment in advance as being second Saturday and Sunday we were not able to process the payment hence provided our corporate card for guarantee purpose on which MS Sushmita informed as we will be taking a pre auth on the corporate card and same would be released after the payment is done by our end and we had agreed for the same and shared the card details mentioning that please share the copy of the pre auth charge slip but same was not given by your team. On Monday when we have made the payment for room and taxes we had request Ms. Sushmita informing that to release our pre auth and share the charge slip accordingly but still there was no response from you team on sharing the charge slip, after certain reminder Ms. Sushmita replies that it would be difficult for them to share the charge slip on which i called up hotel to talk to Ms. Sushmita but my call was kept on hold for several times and call gets disconnected after some time, then i called up hotel and requested to talk to the front office manager on this issue on which front office team keeps the call on hold and then disconnected my call for 4 or 5 times and after that i am dropping email to Ms. Sushmita but still there is no revert . I want the management to take some action on this because this is not acceptable from the park group as being we have shared the corporate card does the reservation team or front office team miss use the card or what is the reason as they are not able to deliver small request from the corporate . very bad experience and i request the higher management to take some action on reservation team and front office team. As while sharing the card details we had clearly mentioned to share the charge slip and same was not delivered. Awaiting for the positive response from the higher management else my next email I will keep Ms. Priya Paul in CC.

THE Park Hotels @TheParkKolkata pathetic Check In experience. Only one check in counter which takes more than 25 minutes for one check in. Rude staff at check in Sadhya the Manager acts like a boss and is doing a favour by giving a room. #needhospitalitytraining #patheticservice. After bringing it to notice of Seniors Seema and Other duty Managers Anant, and informing them that I would like to have a word with the GM Pramod, They said they will inform, But the GM never bother to get back.
Next day at breakfast it was like a joke, The restaurant or make shift restaurant seats only 60 people when they have over 100 rooms. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for breakfast.
