It was a nice stay with good breakfast. Location is also good., rooms are small, bathing area is also small.service is prompt and good. Checkin checkout hassle free.For business trip it is an ideal hotel

I organized my daughter's marriage function in this hotel and it felt like I was arranging it from home . We got all sorts of comfort and cooperation from the staff, the manager - Mr Sandeep was also very cooperative. The owner of the property Mr. Chawla was also very welcoming. We arranged all the events such as Aibhuro-bhat, Haldi, Sangeet and Mehendi in addition to the wedding, which was facilitated excellently by the hotel staff. The food in the restaurant was very well-cooked and tasted homely, also catering to our demands of 5 types of Bhajas for the Aibhuro-bhat. We extended our stay for a week looking at all the comforts and homely atmosphere in the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem for their food, cleanliness, and their courteousness! I booked their banquet hall and hotel rooms for my guests during my wedding for 3 days (10-12 Dec, 2020). What I loved at the very outset was how invested they are in keeping the property & the rooms clean. Their rooms are also spacious & very equipped. Their upkeep is genuinely impressive, given this is a Covid hit sector (Amphan also caused some minor damage that hurts the aesthetics of their exteriors - but it didn't matter to us). What really blew my mind was their food catering. We were initially apprehensive as wedding guests tend to measure your event by the quality of food. I had booked this banquet for our small ceremonies, & my reception at Vivanta, and many of my guests were senior doctors, lawyers, & big time foodies. But Sandeep (Manager of Ritu Ivy) expressed confidence in his kitchen. Not a single guest would hesitate to say that the food at Ritu Ivy was many notches better than what they ate at Vivanta (and in most other weddings). I specifically remember when people were lining up for their Shorshe Bhetki Paturi literally as the tray left the kitchen - food trays wouldn't reach the counter! To top this off, Sandeep and his team were extremely courteous, supportive, and patient throughout planning and execution. I would highly recommend Hotel Ritu Ivy for hosting your events & dining out. For a relatively young establishment, it offers huge value for money, a great location, & some of the best food out there.

good rooms and friendly staff. the price point does not reflect the quality of rooms. can easily charge a higher price. the food is really good, especially the indian cuisine and the thai food. would highly recommend for business travellers.

Everything was okay. In case of breakfast and diner, you should increase your food items. Your food taste was good. Chef was very good. Please try to increase food items. One more thing, your food cost is very high. You should reduce your food price.
