    All the staff was very kind and friendly. The rooms were kept clean compared to the Indian standard. The restaurant on the ground floor had good food but no alcohol. Notable point was the location. The hotel was located near Park Street, accordingly, it was easy for me to access many restaurants and shops around there. Moreover, the metro station was near the hotel. The price was acceptable. But the "Executive Room" is not recommended because of the smallness. As a whole, I think that it has good value for money. It is my regular hotel.

    What I enjoyed more in this hotel was the choice of food. Though limited, the food items were very tasty. There is nothing much to comment upon the staying arrangements. What can be said is, if one is a business traveller, one should not go by the hotel's name. The location is definitely convenient. And that is another good thing about it.

    I traveled to Kolkata by Road and booked this hotel for location and PARKING facility. When I reached to check in, I was told by the front desk that I could not park inside as it was for the BOSS'S CAR. I should park the car out on the street. If this is the case, then why at all publish Parking Facility

    The hotel is located near the Park street in a busy place. The checkin process was bit late due to a single person handling the reception. The rooms are small and has hardly little space to move around. Not suitable for travellers with big luggage. The bathroom is ok. The linens are clean. The Hotwater system in the washroom was not working in our room. We called the service and a man came to look into it. He said the hot water will be in flow after some time. But it was not working until we checked out which was after 2 days. Management least bothered to rectify the fault Overall not a good experience in terms of comfort and service for me. Rest ok.

    The hotel has a good corporate look as per its name. The rooms are well equipped. The staffs are good though some of them are more empowered than the managers or front desk officers. They provide a hair dryer, water heater kettle. However, their standard rooms are very small for two persons. The size mentioned in the Agoda is not the right size. People should choose superior rooms. The breakfast is simple, do not expect many varieties though you will get eggs of your own choice. They provide only two small bottles of water and if you ask more they will charge you. I have had mixed feelings about this hotel, 70 percent is nice, 30 percent not.
