Tara is indeed a superb host who ensured to take care of our needs everytime we visit the resort. This time she has taken a step ahead to help my wife for my surprise bday celebrations and I was completely overwhelmed. Needless to say she is an asset to the resort!!

I had visited this place 3 weeks back and on checking out, gave some minor feedback wrt room upkeep, restaurant staff etc. Immediately in the evening, I received a call from GM of Fariyas and Housekeeping in charge to understand the shortcomings in detail. I personally believe - what makes a resort/hotel from good to great is this! Attention to detail and no small feedback goes unnoticed. 2 days back I again visited this property and I could immediately notice the changes has been incorporated! Its a complete family paradise - from check-in, water park staff: Outstanding and hardworking they are, food at the restaurant and extremely attentive and responsive Guest Relationship team. Special Kudos to Tara - Guest Relationship Manager!! Tara was always on her feet ensuring each and every guest is taken care off and their needs are attended to with a smiling face. Lokesh - executive chef: who was always on the floor with an eye for detail. Pro: - Water Park - Lunch and Dinner - Music in the evening - Tavern Bar (very nice ambience) Cons: - Room is in need for an upgrade (little minor upgrades will go a long way) - Buffet Breakfast needs to be managed well i.e. in terms of responsive staff, spread can be better.

We had a great time here. Kids too enjoyed a lot. Food was awesome at Fusion restaurant. Ranveer was nice and served the food very fast. Staff here are very kind. Food quality was good and quantity was sufficient for family.

Our stay was very nice, very courteous staff, eg Susmita Biswas and capt Vinay too very good care about us. Special thanks to Mukeshji for ensuring our rooms were spic and span and mr Guddu Das who was very nice and courteous.. Very nice comfortable rooms and excellent view.

Recently we have arranged & executed the one day meeting for my organisation with top management team members. We have experienced an excellent food, stay & other things, which makes our entire day, evening, night like anything compared to other hotels. The staff of Hotel is one of the best, where hardly get any chance to put finger.
