Very nice service and food also delicious. Room are neat and clean. Behaviour of all staff is good. Parking is also safe Swimming pool also very clean Room service is very quick and fast. Bathroom is very clean

The visit was for an office event satisfied with the services rendered by the staff members.The stay was great, enjoyed the pool and different amenities. The service was very hospitable. The rooms were exceptional with a good view from the balcony. The food was great too. Great service rendered by Rahul Parkhe who was available for our requirements.

We visited Lonawala in March end . I visited lonawala number of times but this time Our visit was memorable because of the hospitability shown by hotel staff Specially by Mr.Surendra Lodhi,Akshay, Pooja, Roshani and Sheetal. Food was good and customer service was excellent so far. Room was nice, clean and large. Location was excellent and it has good spce for party and also standard swimming pool to relax. Go for it. Without any doubt.
