    Hotel's staff helpful and Supportive near to charbagh railway station. Walk able distance from metro station.Best for family and business trip to visit lucknow. The hotel staff behaved in professional manner and service is quick. Hotel stall is also helpful. Good location and easily reachable. Though room is good. Bath room was clean. Control over complimentary breakfast. Overall this worth value for money and enjoyable

    First of all hotel staff is very curtous. My train was delayed so, I reached at 1.30 midnight. staff immediately alloted my booked room. It is 5 mins walking distance from Char Baug Railway Station. Room was good with all the facilities. Just 100 mtr. away from hotel you can find delicious food till late night.

    Room sizes are small compared to same budget hotels There is water deposition in wash basin,plz check whosoever visits Rates are also high as compared to location,with same same category of hotels Some amenities are missing-bogs don't wear mask,there is no RO machine to refill bottle, Overall a average hotel There are best hotels available at lko in same or lesser price

    We actually stay in this hotel Feb 2018. Room was decent. Staffs were really hospitable and courteous. But the hotel doesn't any restaurant facility. They provide breakfast, dinner and tea in room whenever you ordered for that. Overall average staying. But this hotel provides dormitory for driver.

    The location is very shaddy. As both of us were women we faced harrassment at every level, be it the gaze of the staffs and owner, their behaviour or comments etc. We went to Lucknow for academic research purposes which the owner didn't understand despite telling several times and kept asking if we sing and dance in parties. When he realised he is not gonna be entertained he started behaving very rude and weird by asking extra money, sending staffs to our room at random hours to check if things are fine and finally by giving us misdirection. Entire time he was hostile. Pathetic hotel, pathetic surroundings, pathetic experience overall.
