    Talib Vaishnav and Shobit were excellent at the Kava restaurant. Overall great experiance Rooms are nice food is good. Gym could have been better but ok. Hotel is maintained well and would recommend it to a lot of 1st timers and business travellers

    with wedding guest of 2 different weddings (mabye more) staying here there was a delay in service towards us ... but Marriott's staff (Viashnav, Rachiata, Harsh and our housekeepers) ensured that they made up for the delay. Breakfast and dinner both were taken care of brilliantly despite the immense chaos, we even got complementary chat and desserts. there was confusion regarding a request for coffee sachets- we had to wait an hour but they apologized with extra sachets and a beautiful towel art on our bed. Thank you!!!

    Wonderful service given despite the hectic and chaotic crowd. All the staff were very very hospitable and ensure we had a good dinner. The two of them mentioned above were noticeable the most concerned about us and our food. The dinner arrived a little late but the complimentary chat and deserts made up for it along with the foods delicious taste. Thank you :) We will surely visit again!

    I have visited Lucknow very recently on 14-04-2022. The service of the hotel was very bad and the staff has not supported in any manner. The food being ordered from the room takes lot of time to deliverd and and quality of the food was not even up to the mark, fairfield by Marriott is such a big brand of hotel chain but with such a poor service is really embaracing i rate 2 out of 5 star.
