I had a great experience staying at Cygnett Di Arc, Transport Nagar on my very first visit to lucknow. The hospitality and the food was very good. I will also recommend others to have a visit at this hotel. Its connectivity is also fab. with the metro.

Stayed here for an official trip. The property is located at the most ideal location. However, the operations are not upto the mark. The gap in their working was evident at the time of checkin itself. They took almost 45 minutes to allocate room at 5:30 pm in the evening. There are too many people at the reception, with none having a direct responsibility it seems. Rooms are spacious and tell a tale of premiumness, but not so anymore. The maintenance and housekeeping was pathetic. The toilet jet of my room was broken and not functioning and there were no toilet roll either. (You can imagine my plight!!) The only face saver is their food. After the experience I had at checkin and room, I was hardly expecting a good food. But it was surprisingly good. Several notches up than the other departments. Am surely not risking my next stay with them.
