    Very customer obsessed team! Was served by Varun and the services he provided is superb. Nice food, ambience and services. Keep up the good work team and Varun. The price is also reasonable. The seafood soup, mala chili chicken and the spring rolls is a must try!!!

    the hotel is good and food is ok. However, the rooms are not as per Hyatt standard. No hand towels, face towels or floor mat/towel in the bathrooms. Room carpets not clean. No bathrobe provided even after repeated requests. Housekeeping response is slow. Swimming pool not well maintained. Civil work was going on around the area causing lot of dust with many workers around. Could have been managed better.

    1. Bathroom size was was so small and amenities were not upto the mark. 2. Breakfast menu was not complete moreover preparation of few dishes were not as per standards. 3.
