Great service. Highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay. Service is top class. I stayed with family and its great . All the negative reviews are from people who conducted marriages here. I stayed in a room here and for that its awesome

Nice staff , good waiters and good food. Have swimming pool and natural green surrounding for relaxing with the hot tea in the morning..Stay here worth every rupee you spend. Staying here for the past 3 years and every time I love the hotel

This is the worst place for any function. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! These people are a bunch of loots. They charge you basic package and then keep on adding for needless useless things they provide. Their decorators Vicky Vohra and team are complete cheat they will take the entire money in one go and then will give you a shock when you reach the wedding because whatever you pay for won’t be there and the stage etc that remained from the previous day’s wedding is kept as is for you. Please just avoid this place if you dont want a traumatic experience for your wedding.

I booked it for my marriage and it was worst decision of my life. They ruined everything, staff is very arrogant, decorator Vicky Vohra wouldn’t even pick your calls once you’ve made your payments. Their caterers will provide you tasteless food, gajar halwa didn’t even had khoya in it, it was cooked in water. In-room services are just too bad, being a groom I asked for an iron in my room which they abruptly denied on my face. ( btw, they charge 3000 rs for a night for a room) They will charge you for every small things, but their services will spoil your wedding for sure. If you see any 5 star reviews then all of these are fake ones as even flush doesn’t work in the room. Charges like five star hotels and services like a local dhaba.

Disappointing experience!! All our wedding-related events were conducted here. The washrooms were filthy and the service was horrible. Even the booked rooms were not given on time, resulting in our guests being all over the place. On the same day, some other guests were seen drinking and puking all over the place. The manager was so spineless and shameless that on pointing the faults, he said “Go complain to my boss”. To make matters worse, the approved decorator had a “Like it or leave it” attitude, with absolutely no quality but ego of a king. I strongly recommend against booking this place.
