I stayed in this hotel in February 2015, it is a good place for the price and I liked the rooms and the hotel. Location is very good and the Wi-Fi is fast enough. The AC works fine and the staff is very cordial.

The hotel location is very good for business travelers. Though the upkeep of the hotel is not so good(as per price). It is a good option if one is looking to spend a night without spending much. Please keep mosquito repellents.

The room service needs improvement in the hotel. the hotel is not value for money. The breakfast, though, was good. The rooms were fine enough. Facilities in the hotel may be added up. Overall it was average experience.

1. nonsense people at the reception of the hotel. 2. i rang up the hotel reception to know the route from railway station to the hotel; the response from the reception was extremely casual and with no regard at all. 3. when i reached the hotel, the two persons at the reception told me that they were NOT INFORMED BY THE CLEARTRIP ABOUT THE BOOKING. 4. they asked me for the receipt copy. my cell phone was not charged. THEY FORCED ME TO STAND AT THE COUNTER AT 1230 HRS IN NIGHT till my cellphone was charged and i showed them the receipt. 5. meanwhile they KEPT ARGUING with me that "you people do not understand, you should bring the print copy of the receipt, these cleartrip guys do not understand, it is only when we shall send some customers back without providing them the accomodation they will understand and all such nonsense."
