    I’ve stayed here many times now. In fact this is my second stay this month. I love the ambience and the hospitality of Hilton is so appreciative. The rooms are clean and cozy and the location is just spectacular and I really appreciate miss shalini for the wonderful service... Hilton garden inn is the best hotel ever in lucknow 🙏

    I loved 💛 my stay here in Hilton. The management and the staff were very polite, helpful and supportive. Hotel management was very understanding and co-operative, especially Samad Khan at the front desk who made sure I was given proper Sehri and Iftaar as it was Ramadaan time n I was fasting. Overall I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow.

    Worst stay. Booked this hotel for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night only. Poor service. Property not maintained. Stain on carpets, broken mirror, broken doors. No vallet service. Food was ok ok...not able to manage all the guests at the breakfast time. Staff was poilte and trying their best, I think lack of senior management in planning the resources. Avoid it Sanjeev

    Badly kept rooms. The bathrooms stink and the towels are dirty. Carpets are not vacuumed well at all. We were promised 2 interconnected rooms which was given to us the next day. We were moved 3 times from 3 different rooms making our stay uncomfortable. We had to unpack and pack. After they put us through so much inconvenience the hotel did not even have the decency or show compassion by compensating for our visit in some way. They apologised and wonder if we also should have not made payment for the stay and only apologised. All we can say is Hilton Lucknow....has killed the tagline of lucknow..... Muskuraun Aap Lucknow me ho....by taking away the Smile from our faces.
